C-Line Vibrating Screens for Powders
For powder screening, the C-Line offers several models suited for different applications:
- Single-Stage and Discontinuous Sieving:
- VPB 450-600 1Y & VPB 500-800 1X – Mounted on a user-friendly trolley for control or safety screening.
- Continuous Operation & Multi-Layer Classification:
- VPB 500-800 2-3X – Designed with two or more meshes for product classification.
- VPM 900-1200 1-2-3X – For medium flow rates, available with one or more meshes.
- VPM 1500-2000 1-2-3X – Designed for high flow rates, equipped with multiple mesh layers.
- For High & Limited Oversize Fractions:
- VP1 Series – A single-motor system that optimizes product spreading across the mesh.
- Safety & Control Screening:
- VP2 Series – Equipped with two motors, typically featuring a single mesh and used with bag opening stations for industrial applications. Available in sizes VP2 450 1Y, VP2 500, 800, 900, 1200, 1500, 2000 1X.
Additionally, the powder screening range includes:
- Sacktips (Bag Opening Stations) – Integrated with a circular vibrating sieve in sizes 500, 800, 900, 1200.
- VPF 500-800 1-3X – Specifically designed for pharmaceutical applications, along with VPF2 500-800 1X.

The C-Line range also features industrial sieves for liquid applications, performing safety screening, check screening, or sludge dehydration.
